My daughter started attending sessions at ETS last June, and her experience has been top notch. She has her own, personalized, workouts and goals, and she is pushed to be her best, yet has the proper instruction on form and technique to make sure no injuries occur. She absolutely loves attending as many sessions as she can fit in each week, and her improvements have been impressive. Her strength and agility she has gained has definitely elevated her play in her primary sport. I highly recommend checking out ETS!

My son starting attending ETS in November and we have seen a huge improvement in strength and agility. His soccer coach told him he needed to bulk up before next year and we can already tell that the strength training program that Noah has him on is doing that. We are thoroughly impressed with communication, feedback and training with Richfield ETS. My son does not like to miss and truly enjoys his rigorous workouts! Noah is a great trainer!

Great trainers that are very committed to being positive fitness influencers. Exceptional with young athletes, they're fun, supportive and guide them in developing sport specific conditioning. I really like how they tell athletes why training is important so that they understand how session specifics impact their future sport performance. That really helps athletes keep with it, feed off of their training & integrate fitness into their lives.
