Victoria's Secret & PINK — Local services in El Cajon

Went to this VS to purchase items with my mother who is a long time VS card holder. Upon paying, the card she had been using was an older card and for some reason the system would not recognize her information. The manager Eli assisted us with calling the customer service number to see why they could not manually locate her account even though we could access her online account with no issue. Eli and her team were so very kind and helpful in speaking with customer service (who transferred my mom over 4x) just so my mom can buy her items. Eli was very patient and helped us explain to customer service where the error lies. She advocated for my mom because it was an error on VS end and not my moms. We appreciated the help from Eli, and even though VS failed to send my mom a new card when the account was updated, we will return to shop at this location based on the courtesy and professionalism...

I remember shopping at Victoria's secret so long ago when there were no supermodels or angels. They played classical music and was very sofiticated . I remember when they had a small section for men. I shopped there so much back in the 90s . I stopped when the target market was teenage girls and not women. I haven't been there in a long time . I went to return a Christmas gift and was surprised at some of the items which I thought were really nice but not worth the price. I'm not a cheap skate but I can't see paying $50.00 for something I can get $20.00 less or more for about the same quality. I don't need to pay that much for a label . The best thing they have going in my opinion is to their fragrances. The shirt I returned was not worth the price I received and my daughter who is 22 also agreed. It's not the same store it was when I was in my 20 s ....

Traveling to San Diego wouldn't be complete if I didn't make a stop at Victoria Secret in Parkway Plaza. I could go to a closer location but I choose Parkway Plaza because of the FABULOUS service I receive from Breanna S. (CEL-Teams) for the past 3+years. Each visits, Brianna recognizes me and ALWAYS provides me with the most care and attention. Brianna always welcomes her customers with a big, warm and genuine smile. She knows what I like, can or cannot Wear & assist me in finding the perfect item(s) I may have been lookiking for, her kind personality and love for her job Is obvious, Victoria Secret is very fortunate to have such fabulous employee, she is a gem that is to be recognized. Thank you to whomever hired Brianna, she is the sole reason I go to Parkway Plaza. Please share...
