Hey everyone i'm writing this review so that you have a heads up and don't make the same mistake as me. I purchased a golden i.d bracelet from this place on august 1st. SIX DAYS LATER on august 7th the back of my id bracelet shows signs of tarnishing and wear. ( I DID NOT WEAR THE BRACELET UNTIL AUGUST 5TH BECAUSE IT WASN'T SIZED UNTIL THEN). I took the bracelet back to the store they refused me a refund because it was sized and engraved already plus the person i spoke to NABEEL ABDOU said that i caused the damage myself. He schemed me very well. I had the bracelet tested and it is real gold but the nameplate is just plated over metal and is once again already showing signs of wear seven days after purchase. Initially going into the store i spoke with an employee named Karen who was very helpful and agreed with me that this wasn't normal for a brand new bracelet and then he quickly ran over and denied what she said and took over. Thank god i didn't pay cash as i am now disputing this with my credit card company. DO NOT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE AS ME. It is not easiest to see in the photos but those blurry spots on the back of the nameplate will not come off because they are a product of the gold only being plated over metal and not actually being...

He’s extremely professional, helpful, listens to exactly what you want, and provides the best quality stone, while staying within your budget. This place is something else. This exchange is a bunch of booths in one center. My review is only for one place. I went to Diamond Crown and was helped by a guy named Abe. My whole experience was some kind of practical joke. Looking at an item he told me it sells for 10k and that he somehow brought it down to 1k, now in my books he’s trying to scam me by telling me different prices so I can be amazed but didn’t work this time. He told me the quality was amazing but hes a liar because I can see the diminishes and bad color in them. Also quality of diamonds and amount of diamonds for that price didnt make sense. Decided to leave but was pulled by another booth across from them. Don’t remember the name, but you can tell how great the quality of diamonds are without them even explaining anything.

Can’t speak for any other booths but just don’t go to Diamond Crown unless you want to get scammed for horrible quality stuff at overpriced items where they lie to you about the beginning price. Bunch of con...
