Primark — Local services in Elizabeth

My experience at the Primark in Elizabeth, New Jersey was nothing short of awful. From the moment we walked in, it was clear that customer service is not a priority at this location. The employees were incredibly rude and unhelpful—more interested in chatting with each other or hiding out than actually assisting customers.

The security guard was on his phone the entire time and completely inattentive, which made the store feel chaotic and unprofessional. At checkout, this same security guard bizarrely ignored and refused to let my child step out of the checkout area to come to where I was, creating an unnecessary and uncomfortable situation.

Primark at Jersey Gardens Mall was a pleasant surprise! Conveniently located inside the mall, it's like stepping into an upscale version of a dollar store — but with a huge range of affordable fashion and home goods. Prices are incredibly competitive, and we found tons of items that were absolute steals.

We picked up a few perfumes at a great price, and the variety of men’s and women’s clothing was impressive. Some shirts were as low as \$12 — great if you’re on a budget, though quality can vary a bit. The store is large, clean, and has plenty of self-checkout stations which made the whole process easy and smooth.
