Went to Toun for a ROOT touch up. She didn't even touch my roots and instead bleached my hair at the ends even though they were VERY light already. I expressed to her my concern and she still continued. Put me under a dryer with bleach for I'm guessing 20-30 minutes, and when she took it out my hair started falling off at the ends. As she brushed my hair was coming out in clumps.. At the end of the appointment I asked again about my roots and she brushed me off and said "they didn't need touched up" yet they were grown out about 2-3". The color was so uneven and so harsh with orange and brass contrasting the very light ends. I went to someone else to evaluate the damage and color and have now lost a total of 10" off my hair. He had to cut most of it off because my cuticles were completely blown out and my hair was breaking off so unevenly so it looked awful. He can't even color it because my hair is so damaged and it won't hold even if he tried... can't believe I still paid her at the end. I guess I was trying to save the relationship as I've been going to her for 6 years but that's over now. You've lost a long lasting client. Took me 6 years to grow my hair out that long and now I'm back to shoulder length after she destroyed my hair. Please beware and save your hair and your heart. EDIT - Replying to Kimi's comment - not sure how you could have fixed that? You can't magically make hair healthy again or make it grow back faster. Also, this wasn't the first time in 6 years. That's years of too much bleach and poor application for my cuticles to be blown out that way. If I had known then what I know now, I wouldn't have stepped foot in the door. FYI you were standing right there when I checked out and expressed my concern to Toun asking for another appointment to fix and didn't say a word about it. So you had the opportunity. Only edited this so people are aware of the dishonesty in...
Read moreI am a disabled Currently in hospice care. I called sweet Kimi About the possibility of one of her staff coming to my home and taking care of my hair for me because I am homebound. Bottom line is, I was treated as rudely as I’ve ever been treated in my entire life. These people obviously have no idea or could care less about the feelings of other others or even treating a disabled person with kindness. Sweet Kimi Isn’t kind at all. I’m sure she doesn’t even know the definition of the word. Only recommended if you want To be treated like a piece of garbage or something to wipe off the bottom of your shoe. What a horrible Person and...
