Habitat for Humanity Store — Local services in Ellensburg

Called to schedule pickup of lots of items. 2 people came and we asked what they would take. They said they would take everything..... 10 minutes into it one of the guys said they had all they needed at the store and couldn't take anymore but the couple boxes they took. Called and complain and was told they'd get a different crew to come out. Ha... no call back no show. Sad they get great reviews...cause that is not the case. At least don't lie and say you'll do something then not...

You would think a store with a 100% donated inventory would be open better hours, seriously 6 hours a day and closed by 3, before most of us are even off work. And not even open on Sundays when we are free to shop. It's really to bad the guy who works in the back area doesn't just volunteer his time, atleast then it wouldn't seem so terrible when you constantly see him doing so very little. Sorry it sounds like I am bashing the place and him. But it is all true and that does...

It is wonderful that the Habitat for Humanity Restore is open once again. They are taking the Covid 19 pandemic seriously and are taking needed precautions to ensure our safety. It is so wonderful that we can once again go on our day trips and include the Kittitas Restore. It is one of our favorite places to shop. Their prices and ever-changing inventory, are very good.
