King Soopers Pharmacy — Local services in Englewood

If this survey would let me score negative stars - I'd give this pharmacy a negative 5 stars. NOT KING SOOPERS - Just the Pharmacy. I adore all of the Employees at this location.

Every time - every single time I come to this pharmacy there is an issue that is never their fault. First off, let me start by saying from the moment I show up to the counter the service is tended with ill-ease and I feel like I'm standing in line to get injected with negativity.

Dirty looks galore, sarcastic tones and judgmental attitudes swarm the atmosphere here. I don't even like to show up smiling anymore, because I feel like an idiot wasting my time on trying to be courteous to the people who should be expressing customer service. I'm pretty sure I've been more than friendly with them since the first time I've been there. But every employee I deal with is beyond rude. I don't even know how they still have their jobs.

My last visit with them, they were supposed to fill my fiance's albutoral nebs for his asthma. Which is kind of a big deal, but I guess not according to their standards. We'd just gotten out of the hospital because he'd had been through a pretty traumatic asthma attack. I took in the prescription and they told me it would be ready in 25 minutes.

I showed up 30 min later. When I got there, the script had not been filled. They told me that it they did not have enough to fill the script. (It's a pre packed box, I was highly confused.) By that time they were closing, so were other King Soopers Pharmacies and my fiance needed his medication!

I asked them why they didn't catch this? I could've found a different pharmacy. They told me, "Sorry, people make mistakes."

I found a 24 hour Walgreens in Highlands Ranch. Had to drive out of my way to ensure my fiance got his very crucial medication. I'll be going to the Wallgreens pharmacy from now on. They were very sympathetic, quick and friendly. Totally not like the scum that works at the Engewood Parkway King Sooper's Pharmacy. That's...

I admire the consistency of the sales, service, and product selection as well as prices. The people are great and help is always readily available. And for those of us who don't clip coupons, the app conveniently always has coupons, including some 4 things that I am usually buying. However, regarding the pharmacy, as I just moved into the neighborhood I used the pharmacy once and will never use it again. The pharmacist thought that it was her Duty to literally get angry with my doctor for prescribing me certain medications that she didn't think I should be taking. That's just disgusting as far as I'm concerned and completely out of line and inappropriate. That's why there are doctors separate from pharmacists. The pharmacist doesn't have any idea what my life is like or what my pain is like or what I go through on a regular basis. She has no idea how careful and diligent my doctor is either. So, needless to say, I take less pain medicine and I'm in more pain and I use a completely different Pharmacy. There are plenty of other things in life that people will judge me for, I don't need someone in a service position to take that Duty upon themselves. But the rest of the employees are awesome! That's the only reason for four stars...

After shopping and in line to be checked out, the cashier whom was a supervisor did not greet me in any way or form. No courtesy clerks were available so I was sacking my own groceries when a jar of salsa dropped from the (unknown to me) ripped sack falling to the floor and breaking followed by a can, landing on top of the salsa sending a double splash of salsa on my shoes, legs and pants. Two other employees were right there to cover up the spill and to replace the two items broken and covered in salsa. Not once did the cashier or any other manager/supervisor come over to help or even acknowledge the fact that this had happened. Not one person asked if i had been cut by the glass shattering. The cashier was so wrapped up in her own rude self that I had to ask her to get paper towels to clean up. Yes, I was cut but not serious, and yes my clothes will wash - so the reason for my complaint is where was the customer service from the management/supervisor team??????? I work in this field and with all the competition out there if we are rude, people go other places to shop. I never have issues with the average employees at this store - seems like the management needs to go back to do some...
