I bought a shirt here a few days ago, wore it for a couple hours in my house. the elastic snapped - an item defect. Initially I was told that I couldn’t exchange it because it had been warn. I was pretty frustrated by this and reviewed the experience here with a photo.The owner reached out after seeing the photo and explained it had been a misunderstanding of what was wrong the item as the sales person tried describing it over the phone.

I went in before a showing at the Hult center hoping to walk away with a cute outfit I could wear, and Mel helped me find the perfect outfit!! She was so helpful, listened to my needs and had me trying on many pieces before we found the right fit. I was running late, and she got me into the outfit I needed in less than 30 minutes! There are so many lovely items here - I’ll be back to purchase an outfit for holiday parties!...
