Title Nine — Local services in Eugene

I received a gift from Title Nine, but nothing fit or was my style so it all needed to be returned. I looked on the site to see if I should just request a gift card and purchase something else but the inventory was limited, and I feel like it is tailored for a very narrow customer base. For example, all of the sports bras available when I reviewed the site were non-adjustable, this makes it difficult for a petite woman to find something that would fit her or adjust to her size. I request the money be credited to the original purchaser. Despite that request they sent me a gift card and I had to call and request again that the money be credited to the original purchaser. I find it frustrating their paperwork touted the no questions, no kidding guarantee that you can make a return with no hassle; however, everything I returned required that I answer questions in regards to why it was returned. I went into Title Nine in Eugene a couple of years ago and found my favorite-ever bathing suit. The staff was super friendly and encouraging which is nice when shopping for a bathing suit. Who doesn't love a little body positivity! Since then, it has always felt like a place I am happy to support. Yesterday I happened to be passing by and popped in. I found a couple of pieces that I liked but wasn't sure about. After Ashley helped me style them, they were perfect though. Wanly was also super helpful and friendly. It's refreshing to go shopping and have the staff feel more like friends than salespeople. Ashley and Wanly were both honest about what looked good and what suited me. I absolutely love the 5th street market and Im really glad that there is a Title Nine in town now. Its one of my favorites and I've been shopping online for a while but it's nice to have a store to actually go into to try stuff on. Especially bra's, ha. The store is kind of small but they have a lot of items and a good selection of bra's. All of the staff are very friendly and helpful. At a recent visit Ana one of the employees was incredibly helpful and went out of her way to cater to me while trying on different items. She was really sweet and had a good eye for style.
