Interesting that their 5 star reviews are from years ago. They would also have received the same from me then. I’ve been shopping online almost since the store opened but it has changed ownership and policies. Their 14 day return policy is like no other. It begins the day of the order, even before shipping and charging. Seven days were gone before I received the item and was one day late in trying to return. Now my store credit only still hasn’t been acknowledged. TERRIBLE...

They always wrap up my order neatly in beautiful paper and ribbon and always include a handwritten thank you card to me. My order has always been accurate when it arrives.
