Tim, one of the other staff members was also a very personable and helpful guy to chat with. First time in, and it was beyond enjoyable. We only had a brief window to pop in and try something, but I'm so glad we made it work! The owner was great and provided wonderful information about the all the products available. He gave us a variety of things to try to get a feel for what we liked and then recommended drinks based off that. My husband and I enjoy a cocktail experience but aren't keen alcohol drinkers, so the drinks at HST struck a perfect balance for us! We both thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and can't wait to go back. This place is absolutely adorable. My husband and I came here last night for the first time. We wanted a date night and weren't in the mood to drink alcohol. So we went rock climbing and then here for delicious, healthy tonic drinks. I'm here to tell you this place is for everyone. The service was excellent, the charcuterie options were delicious, and the drinks were out of this world. I liked both of my drinks but for a unique experience I recommend the Thai chai which had a mouth numbing kava in it.
