When you bring something irreplaceable and sentimental to someone, you expect them to take care of it. I should have know when I walked through the door this place was less than organized. But its rated 4.8 stars i told myself. But that was only the first red flag. The next was me waiting 15 minutes while the owner tried to find picture for the person in front of me. Was unsuccessful and told the person here would call when found. I should have walked away right there. Instead I gave this place a roll of 35mm film containing childhood photos of me when I was little. Its now been 2 months. I've called multiple times, stopped in multiple times and he still cant find my film. In my opinion, this is unacceptable. All I hear is "I know its around here somewhere" okay, then look harder. Its your responsibility. At this point I doubt I'll ever get to see those photos. My grandma saved that roll for years and years. Just to give it to me and this guy lose it....

I found a old Kodak disposable camera in a box in storage an I knew it had pictures of my daughters when they were little, my oldest was flying in that day an I wanted to get it developed so when she got here my girls and I could enjoy them together. I called around an no one was able to do it that same day one did but wanted a outrageous price then I called Pacific Photo Lab, Max was ready to help after I told him the reason I wanted them so soon he completely understood an said he could do it an when I heard the price I was totally convinced that I had called the right place not only was he going to have it ready for me that same day but wasn't charging me extra. I have been getting my film developed here for many years and I must say that Max is one of the best in the business. His professionalism, great prices, and phenomenal attention to detail makes him, in my opinion, the best in town. His development times have always been fast and the physical prints and digital copies (that he emails me) are phenomenal. Max has developed 100s of rolls for me over the years.
