Twice I've been in and thought it was just me. I had an exchange for a different size tags still attached and of course, tops were still in Cato bag before I could say anything no hello just do you have your receipt and nothing else through the entire transaction.
Today I went in I had two blouses in my hand only came to this location again because they had my size. Sales lady walked right by me no hello can I help you put something up and walked by no acknowledgement again. I put the tops up and left.

Read moreI prefer harwood location due to poor customer service but this location seems to have a larger selection. I have actually heard the manager speak poorly of the harwood location on more than one occasion to other shoppers which I felt was unprofessional. I did recently have an issue with this location and the manager failed to resolve things so I have not been back.
