Sonya's Leather & Jewelry — Local services in Eureka Springs

Two part store. The first side specialized in leather and knives with a surprising amount of quality products. The merchandise was a bit crowded but clean and well organized here. The cashier was attentive, friendly and seemed knowledgeable about the merchandise the store offered. The second half of the store is what I can only describe as what would happen if the flea market and the dollar tree collaborated (in the best possible way). Their main product here seems to be novelty knives and girlie accessories, at economical price and quality. Cashier here was less personable but not unfriendly. Shout-out to the attractive cashier of the leather shop and his undying love for the mighty Prius. I'm assured that he knows all of the cool ppl in the area. Overall it was a great shop. Me my wife and my daughter walked in to shop and look around. Bearded guy walks up to me asking if I wanted a mask... i said no thank you. He said well then you have to leave. I said were medically exempt, To which he said, That he did not care what I was that if I wasn't gonna wear a mask I had to leave immediately. You would think with a slow as they are they would appreciate any business. We will never shop there again and I will see to it that anyone I know doesn't either....

They were supposed to order me a women’s leather vest. We bought one weekend before but I need another. When I called last week no one new anything about the order and was actually rude. They won’t call me back and now they don’t answer the phone. Not a good way to run a business!! To bad because we visit Eureka Springs a lot with our group of motorcycles riders. I’ll just shop...
