Friendly staff. Prompt face to face service. Quality workmanship. However, I was disappointed that they were not able to complete my job in the time that they quoted me. I called a day after my frame was due to check and they said that it would be completed the next day by end of day and they would call when it was done. Two business days later I had to call again to find out that it still was not done. My order was finally completed 4 business days after the original quote. There were several factors that could have contributed to the delay I experienced. For instance: it was the holiday season and the shop could have been abnormally busy which, in turn, could have lead them to be overconfident in their turn-around times. I don't mind how long my order ultimately took to complete. I was more bothered that I had to call to request an update each time my order was late. I came in with 5 pictures needing frames and the gal who helped me (Stacey?) was awesome! There are so many different styles and price ranges to choose from she helped me narrow it down and then gave me a quote for each one, I had no clue how fast it can add up. I went for a mid price range frame that was actually my first choice. Stacey was very knowledgeable and I am really happy with the results of all 5 pictures I entrusted to this awesome frame shop. Three were actually my personal art and the two little ones I saved from a thrift shop. They made all 5 look like they just came from a gallery and I couldn’t be happier with the service, pricing and excellent customer service from all the staff here. Very few times in my life have I found hidden gems as impressive at the Art Center Frame Shop! I never thought of framing as an art form until I went here. The works of art that Monica (the owner) has created me are now my most prized possessions! I have commissioned Monica twice now, and plan on commissioning many more. After working with her on the first project (Green Birdwing butterfly), I was completely flabbergasted by the result! On the second project (Black Witch moth), I gave her complete creative freedom. I could not be happier with what I received! Both projects are one-of-a-kind museum quality works of art that I will cherish forever!
