Grand Canyon Spirits — Local services in Flagstaff

This store has really been putting an effort into improving the customer experience. They recently got new shelving that makes it so much easier to browse the bottles. The new wine shelves are easier for everyone to reach. Love taking grandma here to pick out a Sunday Cabernet (and a fifth of whiskey for me ; ) ). The owner is friendly and has recently hired a very personable cashier, I've witnessed him converse and make many different types of customers feel welcome. GREAT selection of spirits, wine, and beer here. I go for the mead and ciders but they have pretty much everything in terms of alcohol, beer, wine, and some specialty stuff. I always enjoy looking around at what they have-- I've tried some new and very good varieties of all types of drinks as a result. Service friendly and helpful. Under new ownership that destroyed the mom and pop feel that made this store so great. The fair bourbon prices no longer exist and they require you to “bundle” their low selling bourbons to be able to pay their exorbitant prices for nicer bourbons. It’s sad to see that this money grabbing practice has creeped its way...
