Aficionado Framing — Attraction in Flagstaff

UPDATE: I have this business another shot and dealt with the owner who was very apologetic for the misunderstanding. I took a photograph to be framed and was quite pleased with the selection of mats, frames and glass offered. They worked hard to come up with the perfect combination that really made the landscape photos pop. Certainly not cheap, but 100% pleased with the end result. Will use them again!!

Posted hours of operation say they close at 5:00. Made a special trip to Flagstaff to get a picture framed and arrived at 4:00. Locked up tight with a sign saying to make an appointment. Of course the frame work was fantastic, but I’m here to say Gina provided really excellent customer service. It was very easy to schedule a time to meet, and she gave me three lovely designs at different price points in about 15 minutes. Clearly an expert at her craft. I had very specific pick up availability, and she was going to be out of town for the Thanksgiving holiday. However, she arranged for one of her sons to meet at the shop.
