I had the absolute pleasure of staying at this quaint inn in Flagstaff – Bespoke. It was better than I could have imagined! The best part is the impeccable detail that makes the rooms feel personalized.
I stayed in the Pierre & Gabrielle room with a clean, inviting, modern feel and stunning chandelier. The beds had firm and comfortable mattresses with soft sheets, and there were fuzzy lounge blankets for relaxing. The room had a small coffee bar with coffee beans from a local roaster. The bathroom was huge with a large shower, makeup vanity with beautiful diamond light sconces, and, the room's highlight, an unbelievable claw foot soaking tub. The soaking tub is set in its own space with candles, bath bombs, salts, other tub time accouterment, a fireplace, and a television. As a soaking connoisseur, I've never felt more relaxed than I did in that tub.
The staff provided stunning service. Samantha, the general manager, checked me in, showed me to the room, and had already turned on the fireplace before I arrived. And all the room and amenity information was clear and concise on a placard on the corner of the coffee bar with a simple QR code to connect to the Wi-Fi. All of these little touches combine to make it easy to relax.
If you're coming through Flagstaff and want a unique, personalized stay, this is your spot! This place would be perfect for a girls getaway weekend, staycation for two, or bridal bachelorette! I can't...
Read moreMy husband and I just spent 2 nights in Flagstaff and stayed in the Marcelle and Olive (I think I spelled it right!) room, and wow! This was one of the top places we've ever stayed. The room was big, well furnished with thoughtful details, and so clean. It was also very quiet - but we were on the second floor.
We were texted a few hours before check in that our room was already ready, with the info to access it. This was so nice! We didn't end up needing the early check-in but a nice touch that they let us know. We were able to easily walk to all of downtown, and drive when we needed to - this is in a great location.
Now here's where you may prefer something different. We basically did not interact with anyone working here. We ran into someone doing housekeeping, and she was helpful and provided the additional waters we asked for. Otherwise, check-in and check-out was completely autonomous and because of where our room was located, we never really went into the main foyer. Personally, this was a plus for me! I enjoyed not needing to bother anyone to check in. But everyone is different. Also the door lock code screens could be difficult to navigate for someone with visual impairment as it is a flat touch screen, just FYI.
Overall though, this is now our new standard for comparing all other hotels and inns. Absolutely...
Read moreWhere to even begin, it was love at first sight. My bestie and I were road tripping from Colorado to California. We had a long, exhausting ride through a huge storm in the Mojave Desert. I had booked a room at another hotel originally, ignorantly not checking the reviews beforehand. Least to say, I willingly lost out on $200 dollars and was desperately attempting to search for a cozy bed in the area. By chance I came across this enchanting Inn and they had one exquisite room available for the night. As soon as we got into the main lobby we were met by a very kind, charming, and clever gentleman who had us laughing and chatting like we were old friends. The room was immaculate, impeccably clean, roomy, the bed was like a cloud and the pillows were perfect. I had one of the best nights sleep of my life. We loved it so much I booked another room here for our way back from California and we were treated so warmly, it felt like coming back to a home away from home. We are planning to go back to Arizona in the Summer and we will most definitely be staying here. It’s the ideal location, being in a very quiet neighborhood but close enough to downtown to walk. This stop was the highlight of...
