I went in today to get my third hole piercing on my ear. I’m very familiar with piercings and even pierce my own ears sometimes. The only thing I have ever used is stainless steel for my piercings (both professional and non professional piercings) because it’s the only thing my skin will accept due to my skin being sensitive. The lady helping me refused to pierce my ear and told me “if I wanted it done I could come back and get someone else to do it”. Stopped in to get my daughter's ears pierced but had no luck most of the Claire store are always busy with people on the same mission. You need to expand your stores and start a appointment for only the ear piercing. That would put a lot in order and possibly be able to get more piecing. I booked an appointment online to have my daughter's ears pierced yesterday the appointment was set for 7:30 pm (an option on THEIR website). Come to find out they closed at 6:00pm and I completely wasted a trip not to mention the securit guard was completely snobby from me asking a simple question and showing them I had an appointment and wasnt aware they were closed.
