I wanted to take a moment to express my heartfelt gratitude to Alex Leisure at Furniture Fair. Although we were unable to wait for an item to come in from Furniture Fair, Alex went above and beyond to help us find a solution for a lift chair for my mom. His kindness and dedication were truly appreciated, especially during such a challenging time.

Alex’s thoughtful recommendations and his effort to direct us to other sources that could get a lift chair to us quickly were invaluable. His compassion and support meant so much to my family and me. Even though my mom passed away about four weeks later, the care Alex showed us meant a lot to us.

I don't think I will be returning as a customer I have had nothing but problems 1st I ordered a couch for pickup and it was wrong so they delivered the next one then I ordered a kitchen table and got it for delivery and , they told me it would take about a month and when a month came around they pushed it back another 2 weeks then I take off work for the day that it finally comes and there truck breaks down now I understand things happen but then they tried to reschedule it for Monday and have me take more time off work so now I have to wait another week to get a table that was supposed to be here 2 weeks ago just so I don't have to...
