Versona — Local services in Flowood

I would give 0 stars if I could- I purchased an outfit for a wedding, tried it on at the store and everything was good. I was confident that the outfit was in perfect condition since trying it on at the store, I pulled the tag off once I got home. When putting the outfit on, it took me 15 minutes to zip the dress up bc it continued to stop in ONE spot. It wasn't catching on anything. It was just a cheap zipper and material. So, obviously with that being said.. I gathered the receipt, the tags, and the bag and put it back to return it. Once I got in the store, I explained my story to the associate. She then explained to me that they don’t take it back with tags being unattached but she will ask her manager. Her manager was not too far because I saw her when I walked in. As she is approaching her manager, she stops mid way and starts laughing and then turns back around and didnt even make it to her manager and then proceeds to say “sorry yeah we can’t take this back” so then I asked for a store credit or exchange and I got nothing but a cheap janky overpriced outfit. I get people have rules & restrictions but it was in perfect condition and I had everything needed to return other than the tag being attached to the outfit. I’ve been in the retail industry, it does not take much adding a tag back to a outfit. Clearly, how I was treated in there was so unprofessional considering something seemed SO funny. I was very respectful the entire time so I don’t understand why I was given disrespect. But it’s okay, I get people are miserable with their lives. They lost a customer, not only because of their poor customer service but because I’m not buying cheap clothing for those prices. I’ll shop on shein in that case, and probably find, if not similar, the same...

I hate comparing businesses— but.. Express closed down a while back and I never thought I’d find another local business where I could walk in and find whatever I needed (clothing and accessory wise) without worry. That was Express for me. Versona has been a blessing they don’t even realize themselves. Size inclusive. Trend on point. Friendly staff. And SO much to choose from. I might cry if they left. My new go to for any and everything from work to everyday to a night out....

I feel my best when I'm wearing all versona, they've always got a mad decent sale rack and the regularly priced clothes aren't gonna break the bank. 10/10 love them.

They cater to REAL sizes, versona is not another anorexic boutique; Paper doll, Azwell.... I'm looking at...
