I have been in this shop 4 or 5 times in between September and November. The selection of ornaments is great! I believe if I had visited without a child, it would have been more enjoyable. The first unpleasant visit was when the woman (there may be more than one) harshly told my five year old to not run in the store. Ma'am, that is how five year olds travel. I agree they should not be running, it was your tone and attitude that I minded. The next time was when I took my mother with me. "Would you like a basket?" she asked my mom. "No thank you," replied my mother. "I insist. There was a woman in here who dropped an ornament so now I insist you carry a basket." Listen lady. My mom would buy it if she broke it. Then my son was having a hard time selecting which ornament/gift grandma could purchase for him. Same lady behind counter said he could have one of the stuffed animals (he had been eyeing) instead. He went to get the one he wanted and she YANKED it out of his hands and bent down to his face, "Not that one. Grandma said NO!" I was appalled by the rude tone and forceful grabbing. It wasn't her place to decide what gift grandma was buying him, nor did my child understand trading for an equal or lesser value toy. All I can imagine is that she is stressed by young kids, who wouldn't be?...working around breakables all the time. But please. After those incidents and they way she made my son, my mother, husband and I feel, we have...
Read moreNovember 9, 2025 ........ THE REVIEW under this one is DEFINITELY FALSE....... Probably written from a friend or family nember for sure or even a made up email, because its showing alot of "Advertisement" of her store.........I have NOOOOO IDEA who the owner is of this shop but it DEFINITELY is NOT what it use to be......... HELLA RUDE OLDER LADY WITH SHORT HAIR and glasses on ........... DON'T come here unless you're okay with being treated like CRAP 👌 She talks to other customers rude as well. While I was purchasing my things. She told a BABY (1 YEAR OLD or LESS) in her daddy's arms, holding an ornament, in a sarcastic voice, "You have to pay for that, You have to pay for that! Yah, you do, you have to pay for that!" as though she was really trying to tell the dad that. The INFANT im positive DID NOT UNDERSTAND HER AT ALLLLLLL. I told the young girl I thought maybe I was over charged but forgot I got a sweater, i told her oh, sorry I forgot i got a sweater, thank-you. After telling the young girl that, the OLDER lady opens her mouth AGAIN and says.... WELL YOU BOUGHT A SWEATER DIDNT YOU in that smart ass tone remark. My husband looked at me and asked me, babe are you sure you still want everything and I said yah, I just won't come back here anymore. (From a senior citizen)

Read moreVery disappointed today with the way we were treated in this store. Upon entering the store we were pleasantly surprised at all the knick knacks and variety of things. But customer service says alot about a stores character. I have a medical alert Service Dog for blood pressure issues, balance issues, psychiatric needs and much more. While viewing one of the glass cases I saw an adorable figurine of a German Shepherd that resembled my service dog. Think of buying it I turned it over to view the price... and then I felt a nudge. My dog was moving forward because the lady that works there instead of saying excuse me or any sort of gesture that she needed to get in the cabinet next to us pushed my dog out of the way. My friend told her politely please don't touch him he's working. Which shouldn't of had to be said there's about 10 different patches stating he's a service dog and please do not pet. The store owner/ worker then said it was rude of us to say that. All she had to do was let me know she was behind us and I would have moved. She then proceeded to talk badly about us to the lady next to her. Needless to say my friend and I will not be back. And we will be letting others know about this...
