My family and I stopped in here on a whim while traveling and I’m sure glad we did. The store has a rich heritage that the owner, who was a complete delight, explained to us, and wow: this place is one of a kind.

It’s been family owned for 60 years and you can tell they still run it with the same amount of pride and proactive care for the customer as they would if they had opened their doors yesterday.

My wife got me one of their branded sweatshirts and hats, and my brothers liked them so much we had to place an online order to get more.

You can also tell they do not sacrifice product quality for margins like so many modern stores would- every item they sell is high quality.

Having just moved to the area, this was the first place I called to see if I could get my late Father's long-stowed Stetson reshaped. Julie was super friendly, helpful, and extremely knowledgeable. She steamed and tediously attended to shaping the hat to my preference while I explored their abundant colorful shirts, wide array of hats, and numerous belts, buckles, beadwork, blankets, etc.

Not only was this family heirloom brought to it's former glory, the service was completely free and QUICK. I will definitely be sending anyone who's looking for quality products and service that way and plan to do my holiday...

I went into Hadley's Western Wear in Folsom today with my boyfriend who spoke highly of the store & that it has been around for many years. I bought a cute Sherpa Aztec print pullover that I couldn't live without & a pair of snowboarding type sunglasses that are really cool. The 2 women that worked there were extremely helpful,down to earth & knowledgeable.There was also a young man who was very polite & asked if I needed any help finding something. They assisted my boyfriend in answering questions he had about the kind of cowboy hat he is interested in purchasing. We will definitely be back! So glad to have...
