H Town Hibachi Express — Restaurant in Forest Park

When I tell you this was my favorite place, before last night 3/23/25, I proceeded to inform the lady of my concerns, n she talk over me and just was rude, she would not let me express my concerns or not listen .. so I said forget it Il let the community know who will listen I said I will just let your review speak. So I'm going to tell you guys what happened. I went in and ordered the House Hibachi like I always do, I order this even at the job and have it door dashed, never has it been like this, you guys my rice was all over the plate, n they had 2 shrimps in my House Hibachi plate and it was soooo sloppy and my friends fish whitting dinner he stated taste like rubber and the fries were like dough.. I understand they closing but you don't do anyone like that because ur trying to get out the door and close up. That's $32.00 I spent you know, without hesitation. And u think it going to continue to prosper u cannot do people any kinda way and talk to us any kinda way. I'ma pray for your establishment. Your suppose to have good in your heart always never think your roo high n better than the next. I was one of your loyal customers just always purchased door dash. Now I'm bout to believe y'all may be finding the next best piece of meet n feed us because u can really care less on how much u satisfy...

The good reviews for this place are CAP or people dont know good food. They don't make good food here. Everything we ordered was all the way around nasty and unappealing. It looked bad and tasted bad. I ordered shrimp hibachi and steak hibachi. Meat on both was rubbery as it was cooked and then sat. Fried rice was plain and unseasoned. The veggies were soggy and unseasoned and sitting in the water/sauce. Even the eggrolls had a freezer taste and...

Before to my knowledge, this used to be a Chinese restaurant before a “hibachi express” don’t know if it was the same owners, and they decided to switch up their name, but either way, both foods were not good.
