Thai Station delivers an exceptional dining experience that exceeds expectations in every way. The food is flavorful, beautifully prepared, and consistently satisfying. This is an ideal destination for those seeking authentic, comfort Thai cuisine served in a cozy and thoughtfully designed environment. The ambiance is warm and inviting, with soft lighting that creates a relaxed, intimate atmosphere. Each dish showcases a balance of bold flavors and textures, reflecting both quality ingredients and careful preparation. The menu offers an impressive variety, catering to a range of preferences without compromising authenticity. Service is impeccably attentive, professional, and genuinely welcoming. The staff enhances the experience with their hospitality. One of the highlights is the Thai boba, which is truly exceptional. With a variety of flavor options and consistently perfect texture, it adds a memorable and refreshing complement to the meal. Thai Station is an outstanding example of comfort Thai food done right. It is a place worth revisiting and recommending without hesitation.

HANDS DOWN WORSE PLACE EVER!!!! STAY AWAYYY. I’ve lived in Thailand and have eaten Thai food across America. This is without a doubt the worst Thai I’ve ever had and it’s not even close. The drunken noodles tasted like spaghetti with tomato sauce. We asked for a level 5 spice and basically the only spice that was on the food was black pepper. Extremely bland. I called the place to get a refund and they requested I bring the food back so they could taste it personally. Y’all do realize that is a health hazards and bad business practice right? If they are willing to take back half eaten food to try themselves who knows what they do in the back of their kitchen. This place needs to be shut down IMMEDIATELY. If I could give this place negative stars I would in a heartbeat. Again, please take my advice and don’t waste your time or money here.

Lunch with a friend while in town. A cozy environment with several tables occupied. Friendly server, and quick service. Appetizer was tasty, as were my drunken noodles. Friend ordered a level 4 (of 5) heat, and I asked for a ‘6’. Staff brought out a tray of heat (peppers in oil, vinegar peppers, Thai peppers, pepper seed oil). I actually took down the entire Thai peppers with my meal. All and all a great meal, though knocking a star as proteins in both appetizer and entree were not the cleanest.

I came here in the afternoon for a bite going off of the previous reviews. When I first stepped into the restaurant, it was dingy and the floors were sticky. Right away, that was kind of off putting but I put it to the back of my mind thinking that I shouldn't make a judgement until I had eaten. When I ordered, I decided to get the Golden Pouches. When they came out to me, they looked twice cooked and the middles were a bit rubbery like someone else had ordered and decided not to take it so they re-fried it up for me instead. Again, I saved from making a judgement as I was waiting for my food and appetizers can be messed up sometimes.

I ordered Pad Se-Ew and at first it was okay, not the best and not the worst. What was the most disgusting thing and what got them a 1 star rating was as I was eating I found a long black hair right in the middle of my food, nothing makes me more grossed out than that. I tried to call the waitress over, she saw me but decided to ignore me until I raised my voice. I showed her the hair and she said "oh" and walked away with the plate. Since I wasn't hungry anymore ( would you be if you found a hair in your food?) I told her that I just wanted to pay and leave. She charged me for the food, never apologized and then said as I was paying " It happens." IT HAPPENS!!!!!!!!! As if it's a normal thing. I would never recommend this...

Update: From 5 stars to 3 stars to 1. Ordered the pad kra praw for delivery- a dish I’ve been eating here for 8yrs. It came and looked nothing like the usual- it was dry chicken topped with canned green beans, Not chicken peppers, onions, carrots soaked in a spiced sauce as it had ALWAYS been. I had to google the location to ensure I ordered from the right place. I looked at the menu and realized it’s the ONLY dish not the same from the previous years.😒 Thanks for the notice that certain menu items have changed (and for essentially stealing $17 from me ($13 entree and $4 delivery). On top of that, the portion sizes have severely diminished. Instead of filling the takeout container, they now fill less than half. Save your money, there are plenty of better options in town. So sad to see the decline as a once very loyal customer.

2018: This has been my go-to for Thai for 6+ yrs, however I might be looking for a new go-to as literally every delivery I receive has an issue. “We are closing, can we fix it for you at lunch tomorrow?” Uh, no..? Also, it’s not cheap, so for $13+ an entree, a $4 delivery fee, and $6.50 for 3 tiny spring rolls, the least I expect is my order to be correct. Also, the sesame chicken had an “off” taste to it last time we ordered it, like.. old? Ick. Too bad because the green curry and phad kra praw have been favorites of mine...

For dining in, I give Thai Station/Bann Thai 4 stars (before and after the late 2018 renovation and name change). It's not the best I've had, but it's very good if you eat in the restaurant. However, the delivery is the reason I gave them three stars. It is HORRIBLE. I've ordered the shrimp pad Thai for delivery three times (because I believe in second and evidently third chances...not every restaurant is "on" every single night and shrimp is difficult to keep nice with delivery), and each time the shrimp was ridiculously overcooked (to the point of being non-edibe), and the noodles were awful (I swear to God they are using old noodles and shrimp for delivery items). They are so sticky that they basically form a noodle block in the bottom of the container. Forget eating with chopsticks. Another reason for the 3-star rating on delivery is that there is a $15 SUBTOTAL minumum order for delivery and there is a $4 delivery charge on top of that! AND they don't carry the traditional Chinese hot mustard, what they do have made me spit it out. Save some serious dollars and time and order from somewhere else...
