Justice D. At the Ft Lauderdale Galleria Mall was very rude. I had a very unpleasant experience. She did not seem like she wanted to be there nor want to do her job. I had asked her if there were more trays for me to look at and she replied “those are all of them” and only had shown me a few and then kept showing the same few to me.She did not ask what type of charms i was specifically looking for or try to help me out on seeing what I like. Had an attitude from the beginning. She then hurried me to purchase a charm and asked “is that it” in a rude tone. Then to go to the front to pay. I was helping out my friend trying to put her information in the IPad and she says “did you take off your bracelet yet.” In a very rude tone as she sees me helping my friend out so I felt like she was being petty towards me.She then asked me 3 times after I had already told her where I wanted the charm I purchased located on my bracelet and had an attitude and put the charms on a rush and not good manor. Didn’t have any knowledge on the clips for the bracelet either. Didn’t know that you can put silicone in the clip so it can stay in place. Gave me attitude and rushing me to give her the bracelet so she can put the clip on although I was trying to fix it because I was not satisfied with the terrible way she did the charms for me. I went in to exchange my ring for the same ring just a bigger size because I got it as a birthday present. She didn't even look at the ring before saying no because it looked like it couldn't be "resold" when I have only had the ring on for not even 48 hours to make sure it fit and my fingers weren't just swollen. She said the ring was not the right color when the ring obviously looks the same as it did coming out of the box then looked at the receipt and told me it was bought this day and I said yes it was a birthday gift that doesn't mean I was given it that day and I work 7 days a week so this was the only night I do not work and had time to go exchange it and I don't where rings to work that are important to me. I felt very judge and stereotyped just because I look younger then I am. I went to Galleria Mall on Sunday, Jan. 3rd, 2021 with my THREE children. Ages 12, 6 and 1 years of age. My one year old was in a stroller. Note: - I have a physical disability which doesn’t allow me to lift heavy weight. I stood at the door until I was called in. I was called in by an associate by the name Diana. She started to help me, when Carly the Asst. Store Manager turned around a told me that she was not allowed to have strollers in the store and I will have to place my stroller outside and hold my child and then she will be able to assist me.
