*** Update September 2025 *** Place is still poorly managed. They’ve removed all the aerial silks. Now they’ve removed the super trampolines and put regular trampolines in their spot; do you can’t wall walk. Management/Owners keep removing attractions while charging more and then act like you’re the inconvenience for asking when are they going to bring back the attractions?! *** Update October 2024 *** They’ve removed ALL the aerial silks, the small trampoline walls are still closed and there are several items in disrepair. You have staff standing around all day; doing absolutely nothing. Bathrooms are gross, the water faucet doesn’t work. *** Update *** Today, they’re adding several hundred dollar toy claw machines to the second floor and still have all the broken attractions as previously mentioned. *** Original *** I left SkyZone for this place last year. Defy was fantastic; last year. This year, we came back to Florida at the beginning of September and WOW this place has gone down the drain. The zip line has been broken for months. No excuse! You can buy a 30 kilonewton zip line pulley on Amazon for $35 and free shipping. The airbag high jump has been broken for months. The dodgeball court has been broken for months. The staff says they’re waiting on parts. I can order parts for my trampoline and receive them in a week. The swinging arm machine has never worked. Which was fine when everything else was operational. The rolling slack line thing has been broken for months. Two weeks ago, they ripped out all the free lockers and installed this tiny self-pay locker system. The staff is always up the kids butts now. On the super tramp section they now have a sign up that says a staff member is required for this attraction. They stop you from using it but they have two people at the register and no people in line. Unfortunately this place has become a dump and it’s quite apparent that the monthly dues aren’t going to maintaining the place. In addition, all the ownership cares about is adding dollars to their bottom line. Well, that’s the catch 22. When you don’t take care of your customers and facilities you won’t have customers’ money to add to your bottom line.

My kids has a really good time today at Sky Zone. Since we get there at the register the guy was so friendly. All around are workers watching if the kids are doing something they don’t suppose to do and helping with anything they need. A good place to celebrate your kids birthday they offer a good option.

SkyZone, despite its popularity as a trampoline park, has numerous shortcomings that make it a frustrating and disappointing experience for many people. First off, the facilities are often overcrowded, especially on weekends or during school vacations, which makes it difficult to fully enjoy the activities. Instead of the fun, free-flowing experience that one might expect, you’re often stuck waiting in long lines just to access the attractions. This overcrowding not only diminishes the overall experience but also poses safety risks as people are crammed into small, sometimes poorly-maintained areas. Speaking of safety, SkyZone’s safety measures often leave much to be desired. Despite signs and staff warnings, accidents still happen frequently due to inadequate supervision or unclear rules on proper use of the equipment. The staff, while generally polite, are often overwhelmed and unable to maintain proper oversight of the facility, leading to a chaotic atmosphere. Additionally, the trampolines themselves can be poorly maintained, with some being overly worn down or uneven, making them not just uncomfortable but potentially dangerous. The pricing structure is another major issue; while the initial cost for entry might seem reasonable, it quickly becomes clear that extra charges pile up rapidly. Whether it’s for longer jump times, special socks, or additional activities like dodgeball or foam pits, the hidden costs can make what seems like a budget-friendly outing into an expensive trip. In terms of cleanliness, many SkyZone locations fall short. Bathrooms are often dirty, and the overall atmosphere can feel grimy, with dust accumulating on the trampolines and floors. The loud, chaotic environment is not conducive to relaxation or enjoyment, especially if you're someone who doesn't enjoy the constant thumping of bass-heavy music, which is almost always blaring through the speakers. The food and drink offerings are limited and overpriced, offering little in terms of healthy or satisfying options. What’s worse is the customer service, which can be downright frustrating—getting help with booking, adjusting reservations, or resolving issues often involves long wait times, indifferent staff, and a lack of accountability. With all of these factors combined, a trip to SkyZone can quickly turn from an exciting adventure into a stressful, overpriced ordeal. While it may have moments of fun, the overall experience too often falls short of expectations, making it hard to justify a return visit. I...

We had a birthday party on May 16th in the park. After paying and booking no one reached out for any further coordination. I had to reach out to figure out when we could prepare all the decorations and try to negotiate how can we juggle the given jumping and room time. On the phone I received multiple different answers, so I had to stop by to meet the host personally and ask them show us the room. The room was too small for our party and we are grateful they could switch it for a more spacious one. When we came on the 16th I was negotiating the menu and, as it appeared later, there was a misunderstanding and we got some tenders I didn't think I ordered. I would have given them 4 stars if the further part never happened. When I was paying the check for the food we ordered on top, I received a bill stating the amount for the food and the amount including tips. I checked the amount with tips. Next day I saw 2 charges on my statement: one for the food and another one for the food including tips. I came by the same day and they told me that one was solely the tips (calculated from the total spend with them including the package you purchase and the food you order ($400+))! I asked them to show me the bill I signed and the bill does actually state the amount you owe (only for the food) and the tips as a separate amount, however, it's written in a way you would never tell it's a separate amount. BE CAREFUL! I have been trying to reach out to their general manager, Gabrielle Tazeras, to adjust the "tips". I called, left multiple messages, emailed. She never replied. I guess I will have to drive there again to find her personally. To sum it up - the overall aftertaste of the experience is quite unpleasant, even though there have been some nice things...
