Arhaus has zero quality control!!! My husband and I purchased two sofas, a dining table and six dining chairs on Black Friday 2022. Today is 3/15/2023 and we still don't have all our furniture after three deliveries! First delivery in December 2022: They delivered all the items we purchased. Two sofas were a little dirty, but we accepted both because we thought they could be clean. However, the cleaning tech later told us that there are actually two holes on one of the sofa. So now we have a sofa with two small holes on it. We are hoping the holes are not getting bigger overtime. For the six dining chairs delivered, only three was good. The dining table was a returned item and it has holes and paint on it so we had to reject the table. Second delivery on 3/3/2023: They delivered the dining table and three dining chairs. Only two of the chairs were good. One chair has uneven legs. The dining table has terrible dripping marks all around the table and the paint on one of the table bottom part chipped off. We accepted the two good chairs and the good parts of the table. Third delivery today (3/15/23): They delivered rest of the items that we were waiting for. Disregard the first two disappointments we had, we were excited this time because we thought we would finally have our dining table. Again, the dining table was a returned item. There's a return label on the box so the delivery guys asked if we still wanted to see the table. We said yes because we requested a QC check before this delivery. We were confident that we will have a good dining table this time. Wow! we were not in any luck, the dining table is certainly a defect item! One more disappointment on top of the two we had before! The chair has a small issue, but we accepted anyway. We also accepted the bottom of the table as it has no problem this time. Now all we are hoping is that we will get a good table top at the fourth delivery (who knows when that is going to happen). We already paid delivery guys tips three times and I am hoping the fourth time is the last time. Arhaus should reimburse all the tips we paid besides the first delivery!    Read moreI recently purchased dining table in late February 2020 and purchased by recommendation from Arhaus staff to purchase the extended warranty to cover any issues with the purchase- manufacturer or otherwise (I agreed to do so because this was a pricy purchase). When the table was shipped- the delivery team was less than friendly and complained about their working conditions and at one point asked me to assist in unloading the table from the delivery truck.
Within a few weeks of having the table I noticed discolorations with the marble finish. Because of store closures due to COVID-19, I e-mailed the Arhaus customer service team mid-March 2020 and asked for assistance. The response times were at minimum a week and I was told to “use any commercially available products” which is what I did- with no luck and was then instructed to contact Arhaus extended warranty team. I spoke with Arhaus warranty team and was told that the extended warranty expired 30 days after purchase.
I was then instructed by the Arhaus warranty team to call Arhaus “concierge” to rectify the issue. Upon speaking to Arhaus concierge I was told that having someone come to my home to look at the table was no problem because I already purchased the extended warranty. Arhaus concierge then told me to contact their extended warranty team- which is the same warranty team that referred me to Arhaus concierge.
After being shuffled between Arhaus concierge and their extended warranty teams with no resolution I requested to return the table. Arhaus concierge and told I needed supervisor approval and that I would be contacted by their management team. A week later I have still not received a call back on this request. I emailed Arhaus customer service and asked how I could go about requesting to return the table and also have not received a response.
I have since reviewed the expended warranty language and could not find anything explicitly limiting coverage to the first 30 days. I believe Arhaus deliberately falsified the coverage of their extended warranty program.    Read moreI bought a table from Susan Babbitt at the Park Meadows store, I waited the entire delivery time and the table arrived different from the one I bought, she ordered the wrong product, I had to redo the order and wait all the time until the day of delivery deliver again. After all this waiting, the table arrived, COMPLETELY different from the one I saw in the store in person and on the website, I bought the marble espresso table, in the photos you can see the grotesque difference between the tables. I don't know how they had the courage to deliver a product like that. In addition to arriving a product that was not consistent with what they sold me, it arrived with many defects, cracked. So I contacted them to see if they could sell me the store display table that I had seen and knew I liked, but they said NO, so I asked if they would guarantee it if I asked for an exchange next time the table would come like the one they were selling me, and if the color was different again they would change it again, and they said they could NOT guarantee me any of that. They then placed the order for a new table without my consent, I had to ask them to cancel this new order because I didn't want to take any more risks with them. They took forever to come and collect the table, and now, 2 months later it started I have not received my refund, and the note they showed me with the refund request does not include the shipping cost I paid of $299, between all this happened I had ordered custom chairs from another store to be used with this table, I had to cancel it and pay a fine of $1300. A real nightmare! They don't have the slightest consideration for the customer. I DO NOT RECOMMEND, BE VERY CAREFUL! IT'S NOT WORTH THE HEADACHE! I'll come back here to say if I managed to receive my full refund, for now I'm just waiting...I need to add that the saleswoman Susan and the manager of the park meadows store gave me terrible service after having already sold me the table.The last two photos are a montage between the store table and the table they gave me and the store table at the end...
