Had An Awesome Time And Great Experience! We Rented And Bought Passes Through Epic Mountain Gear And Everything Was Very Smooth And Easy. We Were Able To Switch Between Skis And Snowboards With No Added Fees Or Charges. They Were Also Very Helpful And Kind. I Had Went For Two (2) Days But Unfortunately Got Very Sick After The First Day And Was Unable To Go Out For The Second, I Was Also Unable To Return The Board On That Same Day. Despite This The Resort Staff Was Very Willing To Work With Me About This And I Was Able To Have My Rental Refunded For The Amount It Would’ve Costed Me For That Missed Day. It Was Super Cool And Awesome Of Them! Extra Thanks To The Cashier On Duty At That Time, Taylor, For Being Very Patient With Us And Helping Us Get It All Sorted And Taken Care Of! Would Definitely Love To Come Back, And Would 100% Recommend Others To Take A Visit. There Are A Variety Of Runs For All Levels, So Everyone Can Participate Regardless Of Skill...
Read moreI just had a great experience with Keystone Sports today. It was a particularly cold day today and after spending some time hitting the jumps in the terrain park, my binding strap completely snapped in half. Luckily, the friendly guys working at the chair lift in AREA 51 told me to check out Keystone Sports at the bottom on the mountain. He even had to do some modifications to get it to work. In no time at all he got my bindings back in working order. He also gave me some great recommendations for alternative binding brands to circumvent this problem in the future. 10/10 customer service experience. They really know what they are doing here. Thanks...
Read moreNew development - I didn't rent a helmet for skiing, but my daughter did, and now two weeks later, she has head lice, which corresponds to the incubation period for lice eggs, so should check the helmet sanitation process, please. First time in Keystone, so we rented here, but not sure if we would repeat next time. Pros: 1. Staff are very friendly. 2. Immediately adjacent to ski school. 3. You can leave your skiis/poles with them overnight, so don't have to lug back/forth to your condo. 4. If you have an issue with your equipment, you can repair/replace right then and there. Cons: 1 1.5 hours to rent - 30 actual minutes of fitting and 60 minutes of standing in boot/ski/cashier lines. 2. More expensive than others and 5.9% "resort fee" tacked on. 3. Remote from...
