Vacasa — Local services in Four Corners States

The staff was nice and accommodating. Thank you. We were booked for a room at Orofino by Straight Creek, when we got to the room for early preseason ski, it was filled with bugs, spiders and creepy crawlies in a lot of the corners. I assume the room had not been booked over summer time and it was not refreshed since. The carpet was filthy and we would not stay at this place for several reasons. I called Key to the Rockies, and the lady that answered more then understood about Orfino as she explained they just acquired the property. She got us out of that condo and moved us to the Keystone Riverbank Lodge. This was much better in all ways. Thank you

Great spot for dogs and kids

We loved the condo and it is very spacious and comfortable. The ability to bring our dog here was wonderful. The unit is ground floor and has a nice spacious enclosed patio. Right outside the unit is a path to the dog play area which was covered in snow while we were there. Our doodle loved to romp and play there. Just across the yard from our building is the indoor swimming pool. The pool was warm and the kids loved it. Unfortunately while we were here the hot tub was closed for repair. The condo was clean and well stocked with two tvs and many books and games. Parking is close and was not crowded while we were there. Great family place to stay with a lovely view The condo is in a great location, situated within minutes of the slopes, grocery store, restaurants etc. The condo actually seemed a little larger in person than in the photos. Our space was clean, inviting and warm. The views were lovely. We loved our stay and would definitely come back. The check in and check out process was easy (all done through the app) we knew the condo was located over the garage doors based on other reviews we read at time of booking. Honestly we heard the garage door maybe once or twice the whole stay, and it was not something that was loud enough to wake us up...
