I frequently shop at your Fredericksburg, VA store. In the past week, I have been there for separate purchases that I absolutely love❣️ I just want to say Thank You and to let you know that the staff there is amazing, so very kind, so helpful, so friendly. I'd give it a zero. I would never shop from an establishment that gets angry at employees for their dad dying the day they are supposed to come in and the manager tells them "usually you find somebody else to cover your shift." They also treat people with disabilities as stupid people and slander them behind their back as well as not giving them hours because of it. I will NEVER shop at any of their stores again. Loved this until it arrived broken. I bought this thinking they would be perfect for our family room. I was given an original delivery date of Saturday, but they didn't arrive until Wednesday. After installing special hooks and hanging the first 2 pictures, I realized the frame on the last picture was broken so instead of 3 pictures we only have 2.
