Zertz — Local services in Fredericksburg

I love shopping small businesses and was especially happy that Zertz had signs for plus size because its so rare. Finally I could shop for something besides home decor and accessories. We had decided to end our day with Zertz but I arrived too late. The next day we had a few extra minutes andy friends graciously said we could go in (only fat girl in the group.) I was so excited to finally buy something cute for myself. My heart broke when I only seen one very small rack of "plus size" clothes. I could choose from 3 shirt styles or two dresses. I was even more disappointed to find that the rack consisted of mostly xl and had two 3x dresses.

Thanks for trying but please dont give a girl such false hope.

Ps. I would be happy to shop the Dallas market for you and find some cute plus size clothes to keep in stock to prevent other...

I purchased clothing at this boutique. It was closing time Wednesday evening, and I asked since I had not had a chance to try it on if I was able to return the pieces if I did not like them or could I try them on then. The clerk told me that it was fine as long as I brought it back to the store the next day. I returned the pieces the very next day, but unfortunately, my card had been closed with my bank due to a security breach on Amazon. This establishment refused to refund me my money, in spite of the fact that it is within their return policy since the card I used to purchase the items was closed due to reasons outside of my control.

Found an adorable pair of Sperry's on the sale rack and went to pay for them. The clerk told me they weren't on sale, so I showed her another pair of the same shoes that was marked as being on sale which another lady was buying. The lady said they would honor hers being on sale but not mine. Even though they were the exact same shoe but a different size. She said I'd have to pay full price. When I asked for the manager she said they didn't have a manager. What store doesn't have a manager?? Terrible...
