Party fo 2 on a weekday at noon. About 1/4 full outside and inside. Nice atmopshere outside with fans/mist going. Can't speak for inside atmosphere. From time of order to food was under 10mins. Food was considered very good (a bit overpriced, but it is on the main street and it is F'burg). Burgers were rated as excellent, fries were good, onion rings good (but overspiced on the batter). Our server was friendly and attentive. Here is why I can't give the BurgerBurger a higher rating. I asked for a taste of the b-bq sauce they use on the burger ahead of time (so I could decide if I wanted that sauce on the burger or something else). I was given some sauce, but when the bill came out (you don't get to see an itemized bill until after you pay...at least that is what happened in my case) I found out I was being charged for the 'extra' sauce that is listed on the menu. I was never told I would be charged for simply 'tasting' the sauce ahead of time. My server indicated the manager told them I had to be charged as if I was ordering an extra sauce, even though this was never conveyed to me ahead of time (I never ordered the extra sauce listed on the menu). I have never had any other establishment charge to do this. So, what could have been a 4 or 5-star is now a 3-star due to this questionable billing practice. I highly recommend everyone who visits this establishment insist on seeing the itemized bill before you pay...I was not given the option.

Burger Burger was a home run for our family. Don’t be worried about the long line that forms in front, we were probably 15-20 people deep and they had all of us sat in less than 10 minutes. They are a pet friendly restaurant in town and we had our pup with us, and they brought him fresh water out with our drinks. We started with the Chips & Salsa and Fried Pickles. Fried pickles stole the appetizer best in class for us. Salsa was good and tasted fresh, but it seemed to be warmed intentionally…that was new for us but it was tasty. We had 2 Old Fashioned Burgers, The Classic Smash Burger, and grilled Chicken Tacos for our family of 4. The burgers are big enough to split for 2 children which is what I wish we had done. We all ate as much as we could because the burgers and tacos were so tasty. The tacos had fresh spicy jalapeños on them and caught my wife off guard with the kick of spice. Finally, the Jalapeño Cucumber Margarita is the absolute must try for adult beverages. I know Fredericksburg is wine country, but don’t pass up this Margarita. I promise you it’s worth it. I wish I could have had 2 but I wanted to make sure I could drive later. Lots of local eateries in town and some very much are more of the traditional German pub fare but if you’re just looking for a tasty burger and something you don’t have to guess on what to get, give Burger Burger a go, and I don’t think you’ll be disappointed.

Burger with a side of (human) blood! Yumm! We were hungry on a holiday weekend when we attempted to eat here. We had some chips and queso that wasn't too bad but that's where the good parts end. We waited almost 30 minutes for our BYOB burgers and then when they came out there was a bright pink liquid on the top of the bun and wooden burger spear. My girlfriend noticed it first on her burger and then I noticed the same on mine. The server seemed surprised which we then knew was not normal. Here's where it gets even less appetizing. That pink liquid was smeared on both sides of our table at which point we realized it was blood. Yumm, appetite gone! Check please, we did not get an apology and when leaving asked to talk to the manager so they knew why we were leaving. The manager apologized because she was working the grill. I get not coming out for a misplaced order but when you deliver food to a table with bodily fluids and leave some on the table, I expected the manager to at least come quickly and acknowledge the situation. We were reassured that they threw those the Burgers away! REALLY??? I thought you'd just lick the blood off and bring them back to the table (sarcasm interlude over). None of the responses seemed genuine/sincere, needless to say I do not recommend this place and have no intention of returning as my appetite was ruined.
