Java Ranch Coffee & Provisions — Restaurant in Fredericksburg

If you are looking for a good spot to get breakfast, then this is not it. However, if you are looking for a good cup of coffee, then this is the right spot. On our trip to fredericksburg, we came here twice. The first time was in the late afternoon, and I just needed a quick pick me up. The establishment was very crowded, but the line moved quickly, and the staff was kind. I ordered an iced latte, and my mother in law ordered a chai latte. I thought my latte was absolutely delicious. The espresso was smooth, and the drink was not overly sweet. My mother in law did not really like her chai latte, but she likes her drinks extra sweet and prefers chai syrup.

The second time we came was to order breakfast and drinks for our entire group. I made the mistake of only looking at the pictures and was under the impression that they served food such as breakfast burritos. We ordered an assortment of pastries and other breakfast items. They were okay. Nothing special. But I feel like the pricing was more reasonable than other coffee shops on the street. The food is just something you would get quick on the go. I did really like my chocolate croissant, but it looked and tasted exactly like the chocolate croissants at two of the other coffee shops.

They managed our order of five drinks without any error. Despite there being a lot of people, all 5 of our drinks and food were given to us in a very quick amount of time...

Stopped in on a chilly morning for Texas to grab a couple house coffees for my wife and I to warm us up as we walked the main strip. After serving ourselves the coffee we notice it's not far from ice cold. My wife grabs a small water cup near by and tries a small sip from each container set out and finds that they are all cold. We asked the girl behind the counter to microwave our coffee for us. After getting our coffee back, my wife informs the girl that all the coffee that is out is cold. The next part blew us away!! She laughs and says "Oh yeah, we know. It's old coffee! We are going to have (I can't remember his name) brew more when he comes in." Even McDonald's will tell you their coffee is a bit old and ask if you don't mind waiting a bit for them to brew some fresh. You are a coffee shop!!! You pretty much have one task! Make sure you have good coffee. FAIL!!! We will be going to the next coffee shop on the strip next time. If the other places are closed, it's off to McDonald's for us. As a business owner, product quality is as important as service. We failed to get even...

We WENT TO GET A CARAMEL MACCHIATO +SHOOTS AND GIRL The girl and that given me a different coffee she gave me a cappuccino mocha when I ask her where was that she said that's your Caramel macchiato I taste that and I said no this is not what I ask so she said it is and I told her know is that I know the taste of the coffee I always so she didn't like when I say that in make faces she said she was gonna make me another I said fine no problem It's not right that they wanna give you something you did not ask for it you have to get what you pay for it I've been asking for this coffee for years so I know what I'm drinking you know at this was in Texas when we were over there on vacation so and I usually get this coffee at Starbucks not at Java ranch express work coffee place So this was not a very good experience at this place but anyway I will give it at 3 because so what I went through go for the next time the do better service The service was not ad good...
