I don’t write a lot of reviews but this place was particularly bad and the only thing in this whole town I didn’t like. If this food cut their prices by like 40% then I’d think it’s decent value. We went for lunch and first of all all the bread the use is bairds like those $2 loafs from the store. They are in plain view while making our food. Kinda funny that they don’t even try to hide it. My sandwich was $15 so I expect a lot more quality for that price. My partner got a salad that was also $15 that looks like a $5 side salad. We were like ok whatever food was overpriced let’s move on with our day. Then the hilarious part is they bring out your bill on an iPad and then the server stands there in front of you while you do a tip. When somebody tries to guilt me into a big tip I will always leave the minimum 15%. The iPad had the minimum tip set to 20% with options of 25% and 28%. Tipping starts at 15% maybe 18% if you’re greedy but if you tell me the minimum is 20% that’s just plain manipulative to call the ‘minimum’. I manually typed in 15% while the waiter stands there watching me which I thought was hilarious that they think you can guilt me into a big tip. The coup de Grace was an extra $2 phantom service charge on top of tax and tip which I just laughed when I saw since it fits with the low quality theme of the food. Went to Otto’s later and actually paid the money for quality food to make up for this garbage. They had $30 entrees but I didn’t mind because it was actually good and worth that money (and I gave 20% there even though their minimum was %15). Overall bill was $40 for 2 and quality was worth $20-$25. Didn’t give one star because the decor was kinda...
Read moreMy husband and I stopped here after a night at Enchanted Rock state park. The staff was quick to welcome us and we were seated instantly. Which made me question the lack of clientele. Now, I didn't know anything about their busy peaks or anything. So, it was a snap judgement. The server greeted us with a smile and our drinks were on the way (the coffee was not that great). We asked her for her suggestions, since this was our first time, and she recommended the banana walnut pancakes. I ordered the biscuits n gravy meal (I had been craving it for days), and my husband ordered the banana walnut pancake meal. Extra hash browns on the side. The meal arrived so quickly that we hadn't really had time to take in the cute and unique decor and wholesome atmosphere yet. Though my husband did point out how nice it was to see the happy the staff. Just talking and laughing about the ins and outs of their day. Now the food. Everything was on point. The biscuits were fluffy yet dense, the gravy was seasoned perfectly (though I would've like a bit more), the eggs, bacon and hash browns were pretty much normal eggs, bacon and hash browns (cooked well, but you'd have to be trying to mess that one up) , but what really made both of us be taken back were the pancakes. Crispy on the edges, sweet, but not too sweet. The banana topping was soft (not too soft) and caramelized nicely, the were the size of my face (probably bigger), and the syrup was fantastic. We couldn't quite figure that one out. Usually syrup is syrup, but this syrup was elevated. All in all we will be returning in the future and overall were so satisfied (and stuffed) with the entire experience. Thank you...

I can understand the flavor of the pancakes and syrup not to my liking because everyone has different taste buds after all. One thing that broke my heart was how out of these 3 sausage links on my plate....1 of them looked darker than what a normal cup of coffee should look 🤣 Atleast burn all or don't burn any.....please the grease in the sausage was on another level.
We were given a slightly less watered-down cup which was like if someone said as you're stuck in the restroom....oh was that 1 square of toilet paper not enough? Okay here's 1more square how's that? OK great 👌.
With all honesty I really don't even want to get into details on the soggy bread called french toast on the menu.
We went We ate what we could We sipped that stuff in the cup....
Just left really not happy with the quality of the products we spend hard earned money on.
I'm always happy sharing my true and heartfelt opinions on business.. services..quality & more.... Only cool thing I saw was one man looking like he was the owner or manager kind of multi tasking....oh and one other thing the dollars on the ceiling....that's it...
