The owner did give me a good deal, but the whole process made me very upset which I felt was not worth it anymore. I came in 2 week early for a specific date for delivery, and I told him more than 10 times while in the store (with his secretary aware as well) that I need all the items to be delivered on that day. He told me he will make it happen everytime I asked him, which turned out to be a lie. If you cannot deliver the items on that date, be upfront with your customers. Do not lie. When his delivery employees brought my stuff weeks later from the date that I asked, they broke one of my furniture. Instead of taking it back with them, they want me to send proof, so they could reorder a new one. Are you serious, your employee admitted it too. It broke because they placed it in the wrong spot from what we told them, so of course we will have them place it where it is suppose to be. Overall, it was mess. They never called to update us about the situation and stuff. It was always me who had to call and check up on my stuff. Do not tell me you will call me back or have Red call me back, but never do. The secretary seems like she cannot do her job without Red, like every question I asked her she always replies back that she has to ask Red. These are questions a secretary should have answers to. Red tried to make me feel guilty for being angry and rude that this was taking so long, but I have the right to be. This is not how you treat your customers. They wanted to deliver the items at their time vs their customers', but no. I made them deliver the stuff when I got off work because if they delivered the stuff on the day I requested then I would not mind what time they delivered because I have the day off. I will not be coming back here. Their furniture materials are pretty cheap too. I ordered a marble table from him, and it was fake. I knew it was 99% fake with the price he gave me, but I was not expecting it to be that fake and just cheap material all together. I know real marble and a good table. Read moreI ordered my sectional in October 2020, I was originally told it would take 6 weeks because it’s a custom order, which is normal perfectly fine with that. Well the 6 weeks came an went, No one contacted me to tell me there was a delay I had to call the store to find out where my sectional was. Spoke to the owner Red, he tells me it will be here in December 2020. December came and went, again No contact from the store, I had to call to find out again what was going on. This went on til about February 2021 when I finally received a call setting up delivery. Furniture gets delivered the delivery drivers bring it in, they then tell me they are not going to take the plastic off to assemble it because my furniture is white, and their hands are dirty. I was fine with that after waiting 4 months I just wanted my furniture and to be done with them. Here’s where my real problem starts as if poor communication wasn’t enough.. my sectional has several tears on it, of course I immediately call the store and let the owner know. He tells me to email him pictures of the damages. 2 weeks go by no contact on status of my repairs, I call to find out I get a story about how he’s getting blame for his delivery drivers damaging the furniture but he’s going to make it right, and will call me in a week and give me a update. A week goes by he calls said he talk to the repair person and they would call me. I have not heard from a repair person or anyone form Reds to resolve my issue! I generally refrain from writing negative reviews, but I feel compelled to share my disappointment with my purchase. Initially, Red took the time to explain the patterns, measurements, and colors, and promised to deliver the couch within 10 days. He also assured me that the fabric had a stain protector. I also made sure to request soft cushions. However, none of these promises were kept, and it took multiple deliveries to rectify the issues.
August 7, 2023, I placed an order for the couch and was promised a delivery within 10 days. Despite several follow-ups, I received conflicting responses. On August 28, 2023, the couches were delivered, but they were missing a piece and not as ordered. The cushions were also hard as a rock, contrary to my request for soft cushions. I was told that the cushions would soften over time, and a missing piece was ordered. September 20th the missing piece was delivered with incorrect feet and no hook to connect to couch, the couch was eventually fixed, but it frequently comes apart. The cushions are uncomfortably hard, causing my family and guests to avoid the living room like the plague.
