Jeff was friendly, professional, and efficient. He was able to recover data from our iMac after our profiles were erased. He listened and asked appropriate questions that led him to diagnose the issues with our computer. He was successful in recovering all of our data and even updated our OS to a more current version! A very good idea to come here, I came to get my cpu fixed. Not only did we discover my pc had a motherboard short circuit to the case, it also had a RAM issue. I would've never been able to figure anything out, and although it took a some hours, we did eventually solve the problem and booted the pc back up.
