No idea why this place is so lowly reviewed to be honest, it actually made me go to Eldorado's geeksquad first because of it but that one is severely understaffed and long wait times (although their work was finished fast)
This Preston location is SO MUCH better (in my opinion). I finished getting a PSU Replacement at the El Dorado location. It still had issues and when I went back to the original store to hopefully get them to take a look at the issue, there was like a 7 person line so I came to this location and this one has soo many more geeksquad staff + chairs at the desk to sit at + they were EXTRA HELPFUL. I regret not getting their names, but shout out to the guy with the slick back hair and also the other white guy with glasses. They went above and beyond trying to find a solution for me and even if they said they couldn't help anymore at that location - the guy offered to call his boss at the other location to let them know of the situation and what fixes they could find for me, they offered to still take a look at my PC despite the other location doing the installation, etc. They just tried to find options to help solve your problem and ultimately my problem even resolved at this location. Truly blown away by the helpfulness of the team here that I had to write this review given how negative the reviews were - it almost made me skip this...

I went there to get my iPhone battery replaced and they messed up my speaker. I didnāt to testing immediately after I received the phone coz I thought that brands like Best Buy and apple will own things up. Later when I went there to get things fixed I was met with Mr Codi who ended up telling me that I messed up my phone myself and asked me $300 to fix it. I asked for the test results that they ran before and after the repair and video recording of their shop and still awaiting response after several weeks. I recommend going to apple store to get things fixed and stay away...
