iFurnish — Local services in Frisco

Super incredibly frustrated with iFurnish at this point and nearly ready to ask for a refund on my order! We found some gorgeous photos in a glass frame that would look great in our remodeled condo. We placed the order mid-July knowing we had some time until we needed delivery but had expected them to be in by mid-late September. It is October 16th and after being told last week they would be here today we called to find out they are still a week out. That no longer aligns with our timeline (we will be gone by then) and creates some problems with the final touches on our remodel. Not sure what is causing the delay but the continuous move dates on the arrival of our items leave me wondering if they will even arrive.

Updating to a one star. After repeatedly calling and requesting an update on our items we finally called to find out the items had arrived! THE DAY BEFORE. And for some reason no one thought to give us a call as the arrive had delayed our ability to finish our remodel. We had to revise travel plans due to this issue and apparently they couldn’t figure out how to notify us immediately when the items arrived. Instead we called them to find out they had shown up 24 hours earlier. As my partner said “they apparently have some customer service issues”. And as we found out, massive operational ones as well. We will shop at more reliable locations - never had an issue with finding out when my orders would arrive at Mountain Comfort (and they were all on time or I was given a call and notified...

I cannot speak highly enough of ifurnish! We bought a furnished home only to find out the furniture was unfit to continue to use due to pet damage. We initially met with Jon and Kaleb who came out to help us with ideas on what furniture would look good as a replacement for the disgusting furniture. Everyone we've met with has been exceptional; met with Tony, the owner, who is very involved in the community and wants to do the best job he can for his customers. Everything we've chosen has been top notch and the delivery experience was a 10+. Martin and Alfonzo removed their shoes to deliver and set up the bed and I've asked for them subsequent deliveries as well. Sometimes local businesses take advantage of the limited competition for your business but not ifurnish. Our realtor directed us to ifurnish and we are so grateful! of all places that we would find what we are looking for, a furniture store in a touristy town. We live about 2 hours away and have been looking for the right piece both all around Estes, Denver and on-line. Today we found what we are looking for here. in relation to furniture store, this place might seem like any other, with stuff all around the store. What makes this place different to me that most that I've seen is the service. They had great selection, they have a great staff and the geek in me liked this most. They have a huge screen to search and see all of the vendors and pictures of products. The huge stores do not have this. They have a bunch of outdoor furniture. We found what we were looking for and compared to what we were going to decide on what a few $k less. We have not taken delivery just yet, we will return with our truck that will fit the piece, but so far we are pleasantly surprised...
