5/5 for the food We ordered fajitas , enchiladas and drunken chicken!! All very tasty Service 1/5 Service was below par especially when they charge you 20% gratuity by default. We asked less ice in our cocktails and didn’t get it - when asked about it , the server was very hesitant to correct it and kept giving excuses to not make it right. Also they served us salsas ( one of them had pork in it ) we had 2 people in our party who do not eat pork for religious reasons. They had it and then the server came in and told us about the meat salsa while laughing about this situation. After we got the food server never came back to check on us if we needed something else or how the food was. With a bit of heritage I have been exposed to a lot of Spanish food, but Nuevo is by far the best tasting dining experience you will truly find in the entire state of Colorado. I moved here a few years ago, and a friend told me to check it out. From the first meal they have exceeded expectations every experience, and are the most welcoming staff around.
