Taco Bell — Restaurant in Frisco

Wish I could give it a zero. Absolutely horrible. Got our order completely wrong and left out half our order but somehow managed to give us 34 packets of diablo sauce-which was not requested. When we called to the restaurant to ask if they had the other half of our order or if we could be credited since it is a 20 min drive was told we were lying and not their problem....so obviously terrible customer service-they do not even hit the minimum requirement of basic business courtesy of apologizing asking for our receipt etc which we had and willing to prove but instead no your lying our employee says it’s in the bag and hung up....So clearly no idea as to how to run a business. Calling corporate to strongly suggest they review their “managerial” staff that they have at this location because clearly they have no idea what they are doing and should seek...

Well, first... the lady inside when we went to pickup our order was extremely rude. We told her we had a pickup order and she acted like she didn’t understand and kept saying “A what?” and kept asking us what we meant... We showed her the order on phone app and then she said “OH, it’s a MOBILE order, NOT a pickup. eyeroll”

The same lady who was rude to us, was also rude to the person in front of us. He said his drink order was wrong and she said “WELL, this what you ordered so I’m not sure what to tell you.”

On top of that, we were missing 2 drink cups and had to ask for them. Then when we got home to eat, there was so much wrong.

Instead of a soft taco supreme, we were given a spicy potato soft taco. For another soft taco, we were literally given a tortilla with sour cream and tomatoes, that’s it. Literally.

You know it never surprises you that you zoo that you can walk into the same Taco Bell at least you think at least you think and just somebody saying just somebody saying Hi or just being just being nice can change your hole can change your whole persona of how you feel But I was glad I stopped in the people who worked there agency are working hard there I can see a working hard and it's not everyday it's not everyday that you come across that but when you do but when you do it's appreciated I am ACD L driver I am ACD L driver and had to grab some lunch the grab some lunch I was glad I chose this location occasional thank you to all the workers who worked there all the workers who worked there may you guys keep doing a good job and remember job and remember there is no small job or big job small job or big job every job...
