Denver Mattress — Local services in Frisco

My husband and I decided it was finally time to buy a new mattress yesterday and stopped into a few other stores in the county to get an idea of what we wanted. After being un-acknowledged by the staff at the first 3 stores, we walked into Denver Mattress and were warmly greeted by The manager, Mr. Roberto Lopez. We told him we were shopping around and new to the experience of buying a mattress and he listened intently to everything we had to say and what we were looking for in a mattress (which we honestly didn’t know much!) He explained the layout of the showroom which I will add, was not overwhelming with an abundance of choices. They had the name brand mattresses like Tempur-pedic on one side of the room, and the mattresses they make on the other side. Roberto started us off by asking us how we slept and then showed us 3 models that he thought would fit our needs, and then recommended 1 out of those 3 to start with. Long story short we quickly fell in love with the Doctors Choice Elite Plush, king size mattress. I’m actually surprised at how easy the process was, and most importantly stress free. I’ve never made a large purchase like this before without sleeping on it first (pun intended) but everything about this experience felt right, so we bought it right away. Roberto also took the time to help us pick a good mattress protector and explained to us all of the warranties and guarantees with our new purchase, which I will also say was an extremely reasonable price. We live in fairplay (about 35-40 miles away and over Hoosier pass) and this store does deliver which is fantastic! All around hands down a wonderful experience. Do NOT BUY your next bed here.

I went in to purchase a FIRM mattress at the location in Frisco, and the mattress that I was told I would be receiving was a FLOOR MODEL mattress as is (which means it's been tested and you would barely even notice anybody has been on the bed, and can't return it, so under the belief of getting a floor model, I was okay with this). The bed I received is USED - and with a no-return policy, I've been workaround stolen from and lied to.

It's center is elevated and the sides are sunk in as though two very large people sleep on it for well over a year. I also did not receive the frame I ordered, which is a Malouf platform frame, but received a box spring and a broken frame that I was told was from their clearance department - and was not told this until it was delivered - because my frame is out of stock and will be for a month or more because of back orders. if I was going to buy a used bed, I would have bought one off of Craigslist or somewhere else on the internet and would not have spent almost $400 for a used bed. This is a complaint to the business s since i couldn't do one on their website or reach out to anyone. Please make sure your drivers dont act entitled to parking wherever they please like this gentleman on 3/12/24 at Ski Hill Condos in Breckenridge. He saw me waiting as he put a mattress inside his truck. Turned around and went back into the building even though I honked and yelled at him to get his attention. I had to ask a random person to help eye spot thru it as it was extremely tight for my car. I eventually passed thru but his attitude was not professional. I ran into him on the elevator and asked for next time, to please not park blocking the entrance to the building and he gave me an attitude and turned around and kept walking. His actions (event though may seem, minimum) do affect the rest of people around him. We have a huge parking space just few feet away for big trucks to park.
