LOFT — Local services in Frisco

I shop at Loft frequently! And never I have never experienced such a hostile manager at any location as this one at the mall. She was Closing on Saturday 06/28/2025 and wrote down her name to me as Teresa M. She rang an item for me and it came out priced way higher than the price on the tag, I was so confused and asked her why is the price higher! And she very rudely said we made a mistake on the tag!! “DO YOU WANT IT OR NOT” I was shocked and told her im just asking for clarification because usually in this case the price on the tag should be honored and she rejected that very rudely. I asked for a manager and she very proudly showed me her tag as a manager saying she’s worked multiple retail jobs and never heard of honoring the price on the tag. I had this happened to me one time at Target and they matched the price on the tag and apologized for the confusion. This store is always very rude. I have never had a pleasant experience here. I've had items marked as "picked up" and my card charged when clearly they weren't and charged full price for sale items. Even the manager is not willing to help with mistakes their employees make clearly from lack of proper training. Just the other day I went in to pick up an online order because it was only available at this store and the young girl at the register told me that when her manager decided to come out from the back she would go look for my order. I order online for pick up in stores and I have never been treated this way by anyone. How hard is it to call your manager and let them know to come out so you can go look for a customer's order instead of just going about your day and making a customer wait. I have shopped at many Lofts and have enjoyed the employees friendliness, however I was in the Loft at Stonebriar Centre in Frisco Texas and came upon the rudest manager ever. My daughter and I attempted to use a coupon that said 50% off total purchase however she said she could not accept it. She the manager Megan said she could not override it and said it didn’t matter anyway because she was leaving in a week. Very rude demeanor and totally unprofessional. We asked about customer service and she said they are closed on Sundays. Well guess what my daughter was able to connect with someone in customer service, so now Megan the store manager lied let alone was rude. If the Loft.
