Tradehome Shoes — Local services in Frisco

I already had a pair of shoes in mind that I was going to buy online from Birkenstock the German brand which is known for its high-quality natural materials and its unique footbed. But I didn't buy for a few months bc I didn't want to go through return process for some possible situations.

One day, I was browsing in the mall and happened to see the exact model in this store and I walked in. And the great service by Praise made me to purchase the shoes at the store.

Praise was friendly and professional which I think it's difficult to have both as a sales person based on my experiences at stores in big cities. Getting assistance from Praise right after experiencing really bad customer service at Aldo by a man who made me hold multiple shoes in my hand and had annoyed body language, Praise's excellent customer service really stayed in my memory. So I had to come here to leave a review bc I really appreciated your help and service.

Upon my request, he brought the shoes I wanted to try and brought some other similar shoes that I also wanted to try but didn't mention for kind of feeling sorry making multiple requests. So I was surprised by his thoughtful suggestions based on observing my own shoes and listening to my preferences. He even kneeled down to assist me with wearing different shoes.

I still like the shoes I purchased and wear almost everyday.

The price was $.01 cheaper than online price so basically they won't charge more $ on you.

The store has shoes from a few different brands. I have recognized only two but I believe they do have more than that. For me, the shoes that Praise recommended were all comfortable. I just needed one pair of shoes but I would have followed his suggestions if I needed more.

When I said no to most of his suggestions, he didn't make me feel bad in any ways. So if you are a person like me who is quite sensitive with a person's body language and tone, I'm pretty sure you will have positive experience at this store.

All the other employees also seemed friendly and professional. During conversation, they even recommended me a good restaurant that they know bc I said hungry haha 😄
