Don’t waste your time here. POP MART US has an official TikTok page and store that they go live on every night and they have some stuff in stock and they have flash sales AND they restock their US website (not the app) every night. There are videos on YouTube and TikTok on when. As for this place, well where do I begin. I went to POP MART on a Thursday afternoon when there was one customer and three workers, two of them were giggling and fluffing their hair, but didn’t say a word when I walked in. So I walked up to one girl to see if I could grab a Labubu. She was so annoyed. So asked her “ could I grab a couple of these?” She’s “ummm nope!” Then I asked “ how do I get one?” Then she says “ you have to buy online then pick up in store by clicking the store on the website!” she is incredibly condescending and annoyed but I say “ everything is sold out” she responds “ uh ya!” I proceed to ask “ when do you restock?” She says “ I don’t know! But you can download the app and turn on notifications!” I left after that because it’s pointless trying to talk to these kids at all because they’re socially handicapped! Here is how you can avoid being annoyed when customers walk in. You should greet them right away and say something like “Hi! Welcome in! Are you picking up an order? Oh im sorry this store is for online pick up only, but you’re welcome to look around” or simply put a big sign out front that says “THIS STORE IS FOR ONLINE PICK UP ONLY! NO SHOPPING ALLOWED!” Their behavior shows their age and lack of social skills. I was shocked that they were shocked that people want to shop at their store that’s in a SHOPPING MALL! Make it make sense! You know you’re going to engage with people who want to buy now, because they’re SHOPPING! Why work at a store in a shopping mall and then get mad when people want to shop! Again it shows their age! They need to grow up since their attitude says they’re grown, because the real world will not tolerate them and they’re going to have a hard time with it. Or, here is a better idea! DON’T WORK IN CUSTOMER SERVICE! WE DON’T DESERVE TO BE TREATED LIKE GARBAGE! We’re just trying to give you business and you hate us for it! This store needs some classes on customer service and etiquette! Also this behavior is a common theme in all their stores in Texas, just read...
Read morePop Mart is an absolute paradise for collectors and blind box lovers! Even though some popular items tend to sell out quickly, they still offer a wide selection of adorable and unique figures to choose from. There’s always something exciting to discover, and the variety makes every visit feel like a treasure hunt.
One of the best things about Pop Mart is the quality of their blind boxes. The attention to detail and craftsmanship in each figure is incredible. Some of my top recommendations include the Hirono series, Space Molly, The Monsters, and Peach Riot—each of these sets is beautifully designed, with vibrant colors and intricate details that make them stand out. Whether you’re into futuristic space themes, whimsical monsters, or artistic and stylish characters, there’s something for everyone.
I also love that they sell display cases to help showcase your collection in the best way possible. It’s a great option for collectors who want to keep their figures safe while showing them off. The store itself is well-organized and fun to browse, making the shopping experience even better.
Overall, Pop Mart never disappoints! The thrill of opening a blind box and discovering which figure you get is always exciting. Whether you’re a longtime collector or just starting out, this is the perfect place to find high-quality, beautifully crafted figures. I highly recommend stopping by—I’ll definitely be coming...
Read moreI had a deeply disappointing experience at Pop Mart after purchasing an almost $400 collectible from this store. When I opened the box, I discovered a defect — a missing print on the item ( picture 1). I called ahead before making the 50-minute drive back to the store, and the staff on the phone told me I could return or exchange it in-store with the manager after inspection. However, once I arrived, the manager treated me with an unwelcoming and dismissive attitude, as if I was the problem for bringing up a legitimate product issue. When I showed her the defect and requested an exchange, she rudely offered me a dusty, dirty display item as a replacement — something completely unacceptable, especially at this price point. I politely asked if a new one was available, and she said no, suggesting I go to another location where the box was severely damaged.(picture 2) The box is part of the collectible and matters just as much as the item itself. Since no suitable replacement was available, I asked for a refund. She refused and continued to be extremely rude, telling me it was my problem for not accepting a damaged box or the display model. I’m shocked by the lack of professionalism and care, especially for a high-value item. This is not how customers spending hundreds of dollars...
