Wish I could give this place more stars, but my experience has been somewhat mediocre and underwhelming. Cow Tipping Creamery falls short primarily on service and secondarily on flavor. It seems as though their employees would rather be somewhere else. When my boyfriend approached the counter, he (in his usual friendly manner) asked the cashier how her night was. Her reply would’ve made anyone feel that she was bothered by their presence. The place was considerably dirty (they were not even exceptionally busy during our visit... plenty of time to wipe counters and lift a broom), one of the employees was audibly talking about quitting before the rush of the upcoming holidays hit, and they seemed more concerned with what pizza they would be ordering from the neighboring restaurant, Cane Rosso, rather than helping customers. In case you were wondering, they ended up ordering the “Honey Bastard,” a secret menu pizza with an evidently hilarious name. I know this because they repeated it several times, daringly taunting each other to say it louder without a customer overhearing (fail). Unfortunately, the disappointment does not stop there. I have eaten ice cream from this location twice - once when it first opened, my boyfriend ran in to grab the Reese’s flavored stacker while I waited outside. Because of that, I can’t comment on the service at that time. It’s been awhile since then, but I do remember enjoying the stacker and it tasting really good! However, this particular visit was not so flavorful. I got the brownie/cookie dough stacker and added peanut butter sauce. The softserve is lackluster, and the brownie and cookie dough chunks were pretty underwhelming. They tasted overly salty... they’re fresh-baked, but they taste packaged. The hot fudge and peanut butter sauce were truly the only redeeming quality, quite frankly because you can’t really mess that up. I plan to give this place one more try and will edit my review accordingly if deemed necessary. I truly hope...
Read moreWow, wow, wow. I’m literally sitting in the restaurant typing this absolutely fuming. Came in with my 3 year old daughter to a group of teenage boys all standing in a group talking to each other and on their phones. As we’re surveying the menu- nobody has said hello or anything to us, they just kept talking and then all of them- literally like 5 kids went in the back room without saying anything. 5 minutes pass, we’re ready to order and they’re still just hanging out in the back. Finally one comes out and takes my order, the rest follow and get right back in their group stance on showing each other their phones and talking. The one who took my order tried to tell them about my order and they ignored him, however, even the one who took my order didn’t make my order he just joined the group again. Another mom and daughter come in and after about two minutes, the kid who took my order notices them and gets ready to take their order. The little girl points at me and when I tell her we already ordered we’re just waiting -the boys look around confused. The guy who begrudgingly made me a “stacker” made a soft serve ice cream with a mountain of sprinkles at the bottom and toppings at the top. There was no “swirling” in our cup, I noticed this especially after seeing the photos on the wall afterwards and even the order after us had better looking “stackers”. I’ll attach photos. Also not long after sitting down and eating with my daughter, two teenage girls came in- they were greeted, attended as soon as they came in and the guy who relayed the order even told the guy making the order “load her up to the top!” So after my bad experience that was definitely a slap in the face. Worst customer service experience ever.

Read moreDecent ice cream, but horrendous costumer service as the workers are young and extremely unprofessional. On Saturday the 6th of April, two days before the eclipse and a prom night + weekend, I was with a small group and we came in 25 minutes before closing and were greeted by two male workers and a dark haired, dark eyeliner clad female worker, all in their teens. The female worker gave an eye roll as we walked in. We got our food no issue and we were eating it on the bench outside. For about 5 minutes, one or two groups walked in and after a somewhat large group entered, the female worker locked all the doors and turned off the open sign, roughly at 9:50 under 10 mins before closing hour, locking a group in while they ordered. After she locked it, a couple in prom outfits showed up and were unable to gain entry and eventually walked away defeated. Then a group of 8-10 boys in prom suits tried to get in and failed as well. Multiple other groups came, about 10-15 people in total attempted and failed at gaining entry with just minutes before closing time. Finally, a demanding group of boys were banging on the window when the kinder, curly haired male worker let them gain entry. I’m sure the company lost out on a decent bit of money. Being disrespectful and denying entry just so the closing process is 10 minutes faster is an attitude that I am sure the owner would not want in...
