My mother and I went for my birthday and ended up leaving as the lady kept asking me was I paying for my the other person while receiving my massage! You do not keep asking a customer while receiving a massage about pay over and over again! Unprofessional, and they force you to leave money. I ended up paying for a full massage that I did not get and she made it not enjoyable. Not such a great relaxing birthday. Facial and partial massage was not worth over 100.00 plus dollars. Will file if they do not rectify. Also, Cocoa or whatever her name is stated the hot stones were not working. When I advised her to just provide a credit, she then miraculously came with hot stones. Which burned my back and noticed after that of the burn marks. Also, the worse thing was that my buttocks area was exposed to the fullest. My mother who went is an LMT and there are things you should not do that V SPA UNETHICALLY did. I called to receive a partial credit and also to the the Owners name and to have them call me... Cocoa refused to provide me the owners information and stated she was in China. A tip was provided, because my mom stated her Therapist was great and it us the right thing to do. You ruined my birthday/mother massage day and wanted me to come back to use your credit which I will never come back. Your company does not take accountability nor apologize. You force people to take tips. You knew I was upset when I ended the massage early!!! You didn't even want to touch me nor my feet, that was the vibe. Really uncomfortable. Not sure if it was because the color of my skin but it was not a pleasant experience for me.

I have contacted the Department of Health to Investigate this location.

They exceeded all our expectations. We can't wait to come back and would recommend it to anyone looking for a truly special...

I had a massage and asked if I would like to upgrade to deep tissue. Of course I would! But I received a massage that consisted of single stroke quick passes (like a speedy sloppy effleurage) and a total of 2 min of deep work with use elbows. The rest was abrupt passes you get from an untrained person at a reflexology place. Although, yo-yo would be excellent with lymphatic massage and facial acupressure. She did those two techniques with precision. I would not recommend for Swedish nor deep tissue. The
