I normally don’t leave reviews, but I feel it’s important to share this experience so others are aware. I brought in a personal anklet (not purchased from the store) to have it resized. When I returned to pick it up, a key piece of the anklet ”the heart charm” was no longer secured and was sliding freely along the chain. I respectfully pointed this out, and while one employee acknowledged the issue and promised to fix it, the problem was not corrected when I returned weeks later. In fact, another bead was now also loose. When I brought this up again, the owner became very defensive, loud, and refused to take responsibility. Instead of resolving the issue, I was asked to pay even more to fix something they had mishandled. The experience felt dishonest and left me feeling taken advantage of. Advice to customers: Be cautious when leaving your personal items here, especially if they weren’t purchased at the store. Get everything in writing and inspect your items carefully upon return. Advice to the owner: Please consider handling concerns with more professionalism and respect. Post a sign on your door and say kids must be accompanied by an adult instead of making a kid feel like they've done something wrong. Hope you look at yourself and reflect and try and get better.
So basically, you still put blame on a 13 year old who just wanted to look in your store. Put a sign up on your window. And your security footage is inaccurate. You all are dishonest and not truthful. But that's okay. You'll be closed down before summer of 2025. Hope your sales rep puts in an...
Read moreZubi Jewelers. What a joke. It’s no wonder this business is going under if this is how customers are treated. The attendant was condescending and dismissive to me and my family. While browsing, he tried to force a bracelet onto my wrist that clearly didn’t fit, which already made me uncomfortable. Then, when I looked at the “expensive” rings, he made an extremely ignorant remark along the lines of, “I promise you money is the issue.”
Big words for a shop that’s literally going out of business. Absolutely disrespectful, unprofessional, and a perfect example of how not to...
