Store had some cute items including the decor, mens clothing, and accessories but a lot of the women’s clothing is tacky and outdated with bold coastal prints. Definitely on the higher end of price, which is fine for the brands they carry. However, the costumer service was terrible for my experience. I went in dressed casually and am younger to note. Had high hopes regarding the merchandise and overall decor however their service (lack thereof) was immediate upon our arrival. The two salesman , I’ll call both “Todd” appeared annoyed at our presence this Sunday afternoon. We don’t believe we’re vagabonds however both “Todds” gave off that vibe. Our seven year old daughter was also shunned by one of the Todds when inquiring on the price of a balloon. Don’t waste your time at this Nordstrom markup / stuck up establishment . They have great merchandise, but they aren’t friendly. My mom tripped on their stairs and the only thing the employee did was ask if we broke any of their items. She basically said this loudly across the store with other customers around, and she never bothered to ask my elderly mom if she was ok. Not even after we purchased $300+ worth of clothes and gifts.
