Friends! I’ve been to greenhouses, plant shops, road side shops that sell plants and everything in between. nothing i literally mean nothing compares. I was on a weekend trip to Gettysburg and we decided to swing in here and literally i had to come back that same weekend because i felt like Id never get to go to another plant store like this again. The vibes are everything, the staff are so beyond kind, and the plants are so well taken care of and are some of the most beautiful plants I have ever seen! Not to mention i literally got all 3 of my plant wishlist plants here. The prices are also so reasonable which i’ll always appreciate. I still think about this place often and I can’t wait to return! I’ve never been to the shop, but Sagebrush Shack is a vendor at the MD Plant Fest this weekend. I was excited to see a jewel orchid I had been looking for and bought it for $20. Today I took it out of the pot to replant into a terrarium. All the soil just fell off the plant, which I wasn’t intending, I wanted to leave the roots as undisturbed as possible. Turns out, there are no roots. Well, that’s a lie. There’s two short very rotted “roots” and nothing else. How is this thing even alive?? I’m so bummed. I’m going to try to get it to root again in the terrarium but I expected a well...
